HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP THE ITEM?
We manufacturer everything to order so please allow approximately 5 to 7 days to produce and ship each item.
CAN I RETURN THIS?
UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, WE DO HOWEVER ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON ELIGIBLE PURCHASES:
In the unlikely event that you receive a board with a manufacturer’s defect, we will gladly exchange your product for a new one in eligible cases.
Due to the nature of the product, natural imperfections such as knots and other blemishes may sometimes appear in it’s composition. In order to initiate the process of exchanging your product, we must first determine whether your product has a manufacturer’s defect, or if you are experiencing a natural blemish.
Please email photos of your item to woodandslab@gmail.com. If the damage is deemed a manufacturer defect, we will initiate an exchange and replace the defected product.
HOW DO I CARE FOR THE PRODUCTS?
To maintain a wood cutting /cheese board, season it every few weeks by wiping it with mineral oil and let the oil soak in overnight, wiping up any excess oil after it has dried. Be sure to clean your board after each use with a damp cloth and mild detergent, or rub the surface thoroughly with salt and a lemon. Do not soak under water as it will damage the board.
